story

Spokane has always been a city shaped by reinvention. When the Great Fire of 1889 swept through downtown, it left devastation in its wake—but it also sparked one of the most remarkable rebuilds in the Northwest.

From those ashes rose the iconic brick architecture and resilient spirit that still define the city today. It was, in many ways, a blessing in disguise.

The festival was created to bring Spokane the kind of full-scale, music experience the community has long been missing.

Inspired by music festivals of the early 2000’s, the lineup leans into the future of rock, pop, and genre-bending sounds—spotlighting breakthrough talent alongside major headliners.

Our brand draws from the phoenix, symbolizing Spokane’s rise and renewal.

The circle representing the unity and energy of the “Children of the Sun.” Together, they reflect a festival that celebrates where Spokane has been—and where it’s going.

Spread across four stages.

This includes co-headliners at ONE Spokane Stadium, the Team Gleason Stage inside The Podium powered by STCU ($1 from every ticket sold benefits their organization), and two street stages—transforming the North Bank of downtown into a premier music festival venue.

Expect local vendors, food trucks, art installations, and immersive photo moments throughout the grounds.

This is more than an annual event.

It’s the start of a new tradition and a long-term vision to expand Spokane’s arts, culture, and community experiences.
